Be Safe in 2020 and Beyond
Foggy conditions caused an accident after an accident. Recently, in December 2019, a tractor trailer flipped over in foggy, dangerous conditions hitting a trooper and leaving him seriously injured. Also, a man was trapped in a pick up truck, after the 18 wheeler toppled over his vehicle, leaving him stuck for several hours in the truck, until the jaws of life could cut him out. Further, a television news camera man had to flee, after setting up his camera to view the original accident scene, capturing the second accident on video.
The above video unfortunately shows a truck driver killing a highway patrolman as he was looking at inappropriate pictures on his cell phone. He told police that he looked at another vehicle. Video evidence showed differently.
Please drive carefully. 2020 is a new year and a new decade and Advice Law Firm wishes you the best for the next year and next ten years up to 2030 and beyond that. Many accidents and traffic tickets happen daily. If you get in a precarious position, contact Advice Law, and we will see what we can do to help. Remember that what you say to the police during an accident or traffic ticket can come back up again in court.
Unfortunately, in the video where the highway patrolman was killed, the tractor trailer driver had a cell phone history of improper behavior. History can help or hurt you. If conditions cause your traffic ticket as in the first video, please let Advice Law Firm know. We fight speeding tickets given to drivers based on traffic conditions.
